Sophie Powell is an intuitively led Master Reiki Healer, Rahanni Healer and Teacher, Theta Healer, Best Selling Author, and Spiritual Empowerment Coach.  She is also the Founder of Awakening You - a teaching school for those looking to establish new qualifications in the realm of spirituality and healing. 

Sophie has spent the last 6 years studying, training and experiencing the true power of awakening through spiritual healing and now trains other passionate women to leverage the power of holistic healing practices. Through her own journey of healing, Sophie is able to share the power of these life-changing modalities and best practices with integrity and heart-led passion.

Sophie contributed to the Best Selling Book, 'There She Glows,' becoming a best-selling author and has made it her mission to empower and inspire the lives of all women who desire more mindful, spiritually connected lives. Her natural gifts enable her to support others in awakening to their own spiritual potential in alignment with love, authenticity and compassion as their guides.

The journey to oneself is one of energetics, transformation and homecoming and with her specialised modalities, Sophie continues to enhance and enrich the lives of everyone she meets.

Sophie works in small group settings as well as 1:1 with packages to meet the needs of both clients and students looking to embark on both Theta, Reiki and Rahanni modalities.
